Loend ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") complies with applicable personal information protection laws and regulations, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and handle grievances related thereto promptly and smoothly. This Policy applies to the mobile game service "DTT: Defend The Tree" (iOS / Android).
Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)
The Company collects the following personal information for user registration, service provision, customer support, and related operations:

- Guest Login: Device identifier (advertising identifier, IDFA/GAID), Firebase Anonymous Authentication UID
- Google Login: Google account identifier, email address, nickname (and profile image if selected)
- Apple Login: Apple account identifier, email address (if user chooses to share)
- Information Automatically Collected During Service Use
- Device Information: OS version, device model name, device identifier, language and country settings
- Connection Information: IP address, access date and time, access logs
- Game Play History: Play data, progress status, scores, in-game activity logs
- Payment Information: Transaction date and time, payment amount, product name, transaction ID (financial details such as credit card numbers are not collected)
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA/GAID): For serving advertisements and measuring ad performance
- Fraudulent / Unauthorized Use Records
- Information Collected During Customer Support Inquiries
- Email address, inquiry details, account identifier
Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:
- Member identification and identity verification
- Service provision, operation, content delivery, and game data synchronization
- Fee payment, settlement, and refund processing related to the use of paid services
- Responding to customer inquiries and delivering important service notices
- Preventing unauthorized/fraudulent use and taking disciplinary measures against violators of the Terms of Service
- Service improvement, statistical analysis, and service optimization
- Delivering personalized advertising and measuring advertising effectiveness
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company retains personal information during the period of service provision. Upon account deletion/withdrawal, personal information is retained for thirty (30) days and then destroyed without delay. However, if retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, the Company retains the relevant information for the designated statutory periods:
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of offers/cancellations: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on payment and supply of goods/services: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on labeling/advertising: 6 months (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Service access log records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
- Records of fraudulent / unauthorized use: 1 year (Internal policy)
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external third parties, except in the following cases:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by laws and regulations, or upon lawful requests by investigative authorities in accordance with procedures and methods prescribed by law
Article 5 (Consignment / Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing)
To ensure seamless service provision, the Company entrusts personal information processing operations to third-party service providers as follows:
- Google LLC (Firebase, Google Play, AdMob)
- Firebase Authentication: Member authentication and login processing
- Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics: Service analytics and crash/error reporting
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notification delivery
- Cloud Firestore / Realtime Database: Game data storage and management
- Google Play Billing: In-app purchase and billing processing
- AdMob: Advertisement serving and advertising identifier processing

- Apple ID authentication processing (when using Sign in with Apple)

Article 6 (Rights of Users and Legal Guardians and Methods of Exercise)
- Users or their legal guardians may at any time request to inspect, correct, delete, suspend processing of, or withdraw consent for personal information concerning themselves or children under the age of 14.
- Such requests may be submitted via email to support@loendgame.com, and the Company will process them without undue delay.
- If a user requests the correction of inaccurate personal information, the Company will not use or provide such information until the correction has been completed.
Article 7 (Procedures and Methods of Personal Information Destruction)
- Destruction Procedures: Once the purpose of collection has been achieved, personal information will be stored for thirty (30) days following account withdrawal and then permanently destroyed. Information required to be preserved under relevant laws will be transferred to a separate database (DB) and securely preserved.

- Electronic file format: Permanently deleted using technical methods that render the records irrecoverable
- Paper documents: Shredded with a paper shredder or incinerated
Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information of Children Under 14)
- When collecting personal information of children under the age of 14, the Company obtains the consent of their legal guardian.
- Legal guardians may request to inspect, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of the child's personal information.
Article 9 (Security Measures for Personal Information Protection)
The Company takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure the security of personal information:
- Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular internal security checks
- Technical Measures: Utilization of Firebase security controls, encryption during data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access authority management
- Physical Measures: Storing personal data within the secure infrastructure facilities of Google Cloud Platform
Article 10 (Advertising Identifiers and Tracking)
The Company utilizes advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) to serve ads and evaluate ad effectiveness through Google AdMob. Users can opt out of or reset their advertising identifier through device settings:

- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset / Delete advertising ID

- 권리 행사는 support@loendgame.com로 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
- 이용자가 개인정보의 오류에 대한 정정을 요청한 경우, 회사는 정정을 완료할 때까지 해당 개인정보를 이용하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
제7조 (개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법)
- 파기 절차: 이용자의 개인정보는 목적이 달성된 후, 회원 탈퇴 시점부터 30일간 보관 후 파기됩니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존이 필요한 정보는 별도의 DB로 옮겨져 보존됩니다.

- 전자적 파일 형태의 정보: 복구가 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제
- 종이 문서: 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각
제8조 (만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 보호)
- 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집할 때 법정대리인의 동의를 받습니다.
- 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치)
회사는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음의 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

- 権利の行使は、support@loendgame.com 宛てにご連絡いただくことで行うことができ、当社は遅滞なく対応します。
- 利用者が個人情報のエラーに関する訂正を要求した場合、当社は訂正が完了するまで当該個人情報を利用または提供しません。
第7条（個人情報の破棄手続きおよび方法）
- 破棄手続き：利用者の個人情報は、利用目的が達成された後、会員退会時点から30日間保管された後に破棄されます。ただし、関係法令に基づき一定期間の保管が必要な情報は、別途のデータベース（DB）に移されて保管されます。
- 破棄方法
- 電子的ファイル形式の情報：復元が不可能な技術的方法を用いて永久に削除
- 紙媒体の文書：シュレッダーで粉砕するか、焼却
第8条（14歳未満の児童の個人情報保護）
- 当社は、14歳未満の児童の個人情報を収集する場合、法定代理人の同意を得ます。
- 法定代理人は、児童の個人情報の閲覧、訂正、削除、処理停止を請求することができます。
第9条（個人情報の安全管理措置）
当社は、個人情報の安全性を確保するため、以下の措置を講じています。
- 管理的措置：内部管理計画の策定・施行、定期的な社内点検
- 技術的措置：Firebaseのセキュリティ機能の活用、個人情報送信時の暗号化（HTTPS）、アクセス権限の管理

当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する業務を総括して責任を持ち、個人情報の取扱いに関する利用者の苦情処理および被害救済等のため、以下のとおり個人情報保護責任者を指定しています。
