This page explains how users of DTT: Defend The Tree, developed by Loend, can request deletion of their account and associated data. This applies to all login types (Google, Apple, and guest).
Option 1 — In the game: Open Settings and use the account deletion (withdrawal) menu.
Option 2 — By email: Send a request to support@loendgame.com with the subject "DTT Account Deletion Request" and include your in-game player ID (shown in Settings). We will confirm by email once your account has been deleted.
Request deletion by emailPersonal information is kept for 30 days after deletion and then permanently destroyed. Records that applicable laws require us to keep are retained only for the period below:

이메일로 삭제 요청개인정보는 삭제 후 30일간 보관한 뒤 영구 파기합니다. 관련 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 기록은 아래 기간 동안만 보관합니다.
